Illinois Vs. Indiana Final Score: Illini Going Bowling, Now 6-0

The Illinois Fighting Illini have never been bowl eligible as early as Oct. 8 before. That's all changed now, as the No. 19 Illini beat the Indiana Hoosiers, 41-20, to remain undefeated.

Nathan Scheelhaase had a breezy day, throwing for 210 yards and three touchdowns while running for 88 and another score. A.J. Jenkins continues to eat weak secondaries alive, putting up 182 yards and two of those scores, including a 77-yarder. Illinois overcame two turnovers to post 518 total yards on the day, coming back from an early 10-0 deficit.

Have you looked at Illinois’ schedule? Arkansas State, South Dakota State, Arizona State, Western Michigan, Northwestern and Indiana ... mighty deceptive 6-0, friends.
