Denard Robinson Injury: Michigan Quarterback Having Left Arm Examined

Denard Robinson left Saturday's game against Northwestern with what appeared to be an arm injury, with trainers attending to him on the sideline. Robinson was having his left wrist examined, and was replaced by Devin Gardner as the Wolverines finished a touchdown drive. Gardner capped the drive with a one-yard plunge as Michigan took the lead in the third quarter, 27-24.

It’s unclear what the injury is at this time, other than it affecting his left arm or wrist. He has yet to return to the game, and injured the arm sometime during the Wolverines’ 80-yard scoring drive in the third quarter. Until he left with an injury, Robinson had thrown for 278 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions -- mixing the bad with the good for Michigan.
