The Oklahoma State Cowboys went right down the football field to open the second half and increase their lead to 24-7 thanks to another Brandon Weeden touchdown. Hopefully however, you haven't changed the channel. On the ensuing drive Iowa State went right down the football field, capping it off with a 32-yard run by James White into the endzone, putting the Cyclones right back in the game at 24-14.

On the kickoff, Iowa State shocked everyone and kicked the on-side kick. The Cyclones recovered the ball and began to press for another score. The Cyclones couldn't do anything on the drive however, as quarterback Jared Barnett scrambled with the ball for 19-yards, down to the Oklahoma State 4-yard line but he fumbled the ball. Oklahoma State recovered it, thwarting a scoring scare for the Cyclones.
