Penn State Vs. Wisconsin Game Time, TV Schedule, Spread And More
Penn State and Wisconsin will meet at Camp Randall with a spot in the inaugural Big Ten Championship Game on the line.

Wisconsin's favored, and its offense being tough to stop probably factors into that. The Badgers rank fifth nationally in scoring offense, and average 44.8 points per game. Russell Wilson has thrown 26 touchdowns against just three interceptions for the Badgers, while Wisconsin running back Montee Ball is second nationally in rushing yardage with 1,466 yards and is tied for the national lead in rushing touchdowns with 25. And the Badgers aren't awful on defense, either, having given up more than 20 points in just their two losses.
Penn State has to be hoping for a defensive struggle. The Nittany Lions have scored more than 20 points just four times this season, and only one of their three games of 30+ points, a 34-point outburst against Northwestern, came against a team in a BCS conference. The Penn State defense has been excellent in 2011, though, giving up more than 20 points just twice, to Alabama and Northwestern.
