BCS Rankings, Week 14: SEC Remains Strong At Top Despite Arkansas’ Loss

The SEC kept three teams in the top 10 of the Week 14 BCS standings, and that after two of those teams played each other over the holiday weekend. Last week, the LSU Tigers, the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Arkansas Razorbacks held the top three spots, but the Tigers and the Razorbacks faced off on Friday. The Razorbacks fell to the Tigers, 41-17, but they had just a three-spot drop to No. 8 in this week's rankings.

Alabama kept the No. 2 spot this week after defeating the Auburn Tigers, 42-14. The Tigers had been the No. 24 team in last week's BCS standings, but that loss dropped them out of the top 25 this week.

The South Carolina Gamecocks and the Georgia Bulldogs each won over the weekend to remain in the top 15 of the BCS, but Georgia fell a spot this time around. Here are all the SEC teams in the BCS Top 25:

1. LSU
2. Alabama
8. Arkansas
12. South Carolina
14. Georgia
