Cyrus Kouandjio, the coveted high school offensive tackle, has yet to announce whether he will commit to Alabama or Auburn. On Friday, Kouandjio’s high school coach says that he is planning to announce his decision on Monday. From the Tuscaloosa News:
Cyrus Kouandjio Likely To Decide Between Auburn, Alabama On Monday
“I spoke with Cyrus and Cyrus said that he would say something on Monday,” DeMatha High School coach Bill McGregor said this afternoon in response to a question about a report that the recruit will make an announcement after the weekend. “Hopefully everything will come to a conclusion and ending on Monday.”
The senior had been the subject of no small amount of drama during National Signing Day, when he surprised many by opting not to sign a letter of intent with any college.
