America. We all have different ways to define it. For instance, where I live, no one would take time out of their Fourth of July parade to honor deposed Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel. Whereas in Westerville, Ohio, it’s a given.
Ohio Honors Jim Tressel, Terrelle Pryor During Fourth Of July In Different Ways
A car called the “Tressel Vessel” motored its way through Westerville Monday during their parade while men, women and children dressed up in a sweater vest to celebrate the man who, until very recently, represented Ohio State the most. Sounds cute.
And then there's the parade that ran through Arlington, Ohio, where they decided to honor former OSU quarterback Terrelle Pryor in a slightly different way. A car representing, "Pryor's Tattoo and Gold Exchange." The car included one person wearing a sweater vest with a knife pasted into his back.
No word on whether or not the parade-goers tried to get their hands on a Nissan 350z to represent Pryor’s car, though I’m guessing they would have had an easy time finding one if they just swung by Ohio State’s Athletics Center parking lot.
