Nathan Williams is out for the foreseeable future due to injury as the Ohio State defensive lineman underwent recent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee. The Buckeyes have ruled Williams out for at least this weekend's against the Miami Hurricanes.
Nathan Williams Injury: Ohio State Starter Could Miss Two More Weeks
Ohio State defensive end Nathan Williams missed last week’s game against Toledo and may be out the next two weeks, as well, due to recent arthroscopic surgery.

Williams, a defensive end some believed had the potential to be an All-Big Ten performer this season, was injured during Ohio State’s opening game against Akron and sat out last weekend’s game versus Toledo before having the surgery earlier this week.
"He's a great playmaker," fellow linebacker Etienne Sabino said of Williams. "He's a great athlete and he's got a great motor and he's somebody else for the offense to think about."
The senior will be replaced by freshman J.T. Moore with Steve Miller backing him up at what Ohio State calls the 'Leo' position. With Williams out, however, it makes it all the more difficult to get pressure on Jacory Harris, the Hurricanes' star quarterback.
