The No. 1 Oklahoma Sooners have shifted momentum in their favor and taken a 17-14 lead midway through the second quarter. Starting at his own 20-yard line, Sooners quarterback Landry Jones saved this drive on a 3rd-and-7 opportunity by finding Jaz Reynolds for a 39-yard gain. With Ryan Broyles lined up in the slot to Landry's right, Reynolds was line up to the far right and gained a bit of separation from the cornerback. He came up with the over-the-shoulder grab to keep the drive going.
Missouri Vs. Oklahoma Score Update: Landry Jones, Ryan Broyles Connect In End Zone For 17-14 Sooners Lead
Jones followed that play with two more passes off 13 and 12 yards, bringing the team to Missouri's 13-yard line. Two more plays brought the ball to the two, but Dominique Whaley was unable to punch the ball in from that distance. Jones, though, found Ryan Broyles in the end zone for their second touchdown connection of the game after that.
