Saturday night's game against the Kentucky Wildcats was a cakewalk for the Florida Gators. This 48-10 victory has the Gators at 4-0 before next week's game against the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Florida Vs. Kentucky Final Score: Jeff Demps Scores Twice In 48-10 Gators Victory
This game was all about running the ball for the Gators. They had 405 yards on the ground. Jeff Demps led the way with 157 yards on 10 carries. He also added two touchdown runs, including an 84-yard sprint in the third quarter. Chris Rainey wasn't bad either, as he picked up 105 yards on 15 carries. Mike Gillislee fell short of 100 yards, gaining 84. He did, though, average 14 yards per carry. A 60-yard touchdown run helped that, of course.
Florida quarterback John Brantley was just 8-of-15 for 115 yards and a touchdown. He did miss time at the end of the second quarter, but he returned after halftime.
