VIDEO: Andre Ellington Explodes Through West Virginia Defense

Second-team All-ACC Clemson Tigers running back Andre Ellington christened what was supposed to be a festive 2012 Orange Bowl with a 68-yard scoring burst up the middle. Watch as the West Virginia Mountaineers secondary appears to stand still after its front seven gets caught up in the wash at the line, with a blitz arriving poorly:

SI.com: Live Orange Bowl box score and Orange Bowl FAQ.

That was Ellington’s fourth carry of the game. The previous three tallied just one yard. He’s now up to 1,131 rushing yards on the year, tacking on his 11th touchdown.

Expect plenty more points where that came from, and also many more points from where that didn’t come from. The other team is the one I’m referring to. These teams are expected to score something like 30 points each.
