Robert Griffin III has been revealed on the cover of NCAA Football 13. No word yet on whether you’ll be able to customize your players’ sock choices to include Clifford the Big Red Dog.

Hold on, a Baylor Bears football player has been chosen by EA Sports as the NCAA Football 13 cover man? I know we've spent much of the past year in love with Robert Griffin III, but think about how amazing that is. Via the Dan Patrick Show's Paul Pabst, here's a glimpse at the cover (RG3 was on the show Monday morning after his outstanding NFL Combine showing):

It’s just about the easiest choice EA Sports has had in years. Not only was Griffin college football’s best player last year, he’s also a high draft pick with a spotless off-field reputation, and one whose style of play matches up with the way many video gamers play. He won’t actually be in the game, you see, but he’ll be in that other famous football game the company makes every year.
