The North Carolina State Wolfpack will be without a pair of potential ballhawks in the fall of 2012. On Friday, coach Tom O'Brien announced that Donald Coleman and Dean Haynes, who are both safeties, will transfer.
2 N.C. State Defensive Backs To Transfer
Two N.C. State safeties are leaving Raleigh and looking to transfer.

Neither player saw much time on the field in 2011 — Haynes appeared in nine games and made 10 tackles, Coleman made eight tackles in 10 games — and what time they did see was largely restricted to special teams.
Coleman, a redshirt junior, has already graduated from N.C. State and will be eligible immediately if he chooses to transfer to another FBS program. Haynes, who transitioned from safety to running back for his redshirt freshman year and then back to safety for his redshirt sophomore season in 2011, will have to sit out a year before completing his final season of eligibility.
The Wolfpack were 61st nationally in pass defense in 2011.
