For the first time in history, FOX Sports will broadcast regular season college football games. FOX networks will combine to broadcast 165 games this season, including the Pac-12 and Big Ten championship games.
FOX Releases 2012 College Football TV Schedule
FOX will broadcast its first-ever regular-season college football games in 2012, beginning on September 1.
In addition to live game broadcasts, FOX Sports will also be debuting a new college football show called FOX College Saturday. The weekly show will be hosted by Erin Andrews, Eddie George and Joey Harrington. FOX will broadcast its first game on September 1 when the USC Trojans host Hawaii.
Here is a look at the first five games scheduled to be broadcast on FOX (all times Eastern):
Sept. 1: Hawaii at USC, 7:30 p.m.
Sept 8: Nebraska at UCLA, 7:30 p.m.
Setp. 15: USC at Stanford, 7:30 p.m.
Sept. 22: Kansas State at Oklahoma, TBA
Sept. 29: Texas at Oklahoma State, TBA
The final two games are also likely to be 7:30 p.m. ET starts. In addition to FOX, games will also be broadcast on FX, FOX Sports Net and FOX College Sports.
