Oklahoma State WR Tracy Moore Arrested For Third Time In Six Months
Oklahoma State WR Tracy Moore was arrested again on Aug. 24, which marks the third time he has been in trouble with the law since March.

On March 24, Moore had his first run-in with law enforcement, as he was arrested due to a public intoxication complaint. Then, on June 3, Moore was handcuffed again for allegedly urinating in an alley while in the presence of police officers.
Moore, a senior for Tulsa, Okla., reeled in 45 passes for 672 yards and four touchdowns for the Cowboys' high-powered offense in 2011. His yards-per-reception average of 14.9 ranked sixth in the Big 12. Moore is expected to play a very important role in Oklahoma State's offense in 2012, particularly with the departure of Justin Blackmon to the NFL. Entering this season, Moore already ranks 21st on OSU's all-time receiving yards list with with 1,067.
