The Miami Hurricanes will go on the road to Georgia Tech to play their second ACC game of the season on Saturday. Miami is 1-0 in conference play while Georgia Tech is 1-1.

Miami is 2-1 on the season and is coming off a 38-10 win against Bethune-Cookman. They opened their season with a 41-32 road win against Boston College, but were blown out 52-13 by Kansas State the following week.
While the Hurricanes' offense has had its moments, the defense has struggled. Miami is currently 91st in the country in points against with opponents averaging 31.3 points per game. Offensively, Miami is led by freshman Duke Johnson, who has rushed for 248 yards and four touchdowns on just 27 attempts. Miami will likely be without linebacker Denzel Perryman who is reportedly out with a high-ankle sprain.
Georgia Tech is already playing its third conference game, just four weeks into the season. The 2-1 Yellow Jackets defeated Virginia 56-20 last week and are a 20-17 overtime road loss to No. 16 Virginia Tech from being undefeated. Georgia Tech is the nation's third leading rushing team, averaging 374.0 rushing yards per game. Quarterback Tevin Washington leads the way with 382 passing yards and a team-high 253 rushing yards.
Miami has won the last three meetings between the schools although Georgia Tech leads the all-time series 10-7.
