Maryland football needs a lot of help. Stefon Diggs can’t play defensive back or throw the ball to himself or call plays or tackle, but he can do just about everything else. After a quiet first game, Diggs is making the most of his snaps against Temple early on.
Stefon Diggs Might Be Maryland’s Only Hope
Diggs -- with 60 all purpose yards -- leads the #Terps in rushing, receiving and return yards after the first quarter.

Diggs was one of the most highly-recruited 2012 players for a reason. That reason is that he has the potential to dazzle whenever he has the ball. The problem, of course, is getting said ball to him.
If the Terps have any shot at winning more than three or four games this year, it’ll be because Perry Hills improves as the season goes on -- and Diggs gets the ball in space in creative ways, whether it’s through screens, orbits, direct snaps, returns, slants or deep routes.
