Jeff Tuel Injury: Washington State QB Hurts Right Knee
Tuel went down after getting tangled with Eagles defensive lineman Jerry Ceja. He clutched his right leg immediately, but was able to leave the field under his own power and currently has his knee wrapped in ice on the sideline. His return to the game is questionable.
The Cougars lead the Eagles 24-14 in the fourth quarter, as Tuel has completed 20-of-27 passes for 171 yards and two touchdowns. The senior missed almost all of last season with multiple injuries, including a broken collarbone suffered in WSU’s 2011 opener.
