Arkansas quarterback Tyler Wilson and Oregon running back Kenjon Barner were among four players that accepted invitations to the 2013 Senior Bowl on Wednesday. Wilson and Barner were joined by San Diego State cornerback Leon McFadden and Kent State offensive lineman Brian Winters.

In total 17 players are now confirmed as attendees of the 2013 Senior Bowl. In addition to the four above, cornerback Jordan Poyer and wide receiver Markus Wheaton of Oregon State, offensive tackle Oday Aboushi of Virginia, Utah State cornerback Will Davis, tight end Ryan Otten of San Jose State, cornerback Desmond Trufant of Washington, defensive tackle Kawann Short of Purdue, wide receiver Aaron Dobson of Marshall and quarterback EJ Manuel of Florida State.

Tyler Wilson is the biggest name on the list thus far, and he is a player that could really use a good showing to boost his draft stock. The quarterback race is bound to heat up at the Senior Bowl, and it will be interesting to see which of the seniors decides to attend the All-Star game. Zac Dysert, Ryan Nassib, Matt Barkley, Geno Smith and Landry Jones will all likely be considered for the remaining four quarterback spots.

The Senior Bowl releases the official invites on their Twitter page. The next round of invites are expected to released next Wednesday, Dec. 5.
