There may not be a greater mystery in the 2013 NFL Draft than the health of Star Lotulelei's heart.
Star Lotulelei medically cleared by Eagles
Yet another positive medical result for the Utah defensive tackle.

Loutulelei was held out of workouts at the NFL Scouting Combine because tests revealed that his heart was not pumping at the appropriate efficiency. However, since that test, Lotulelei’s medical exams have all come back clean. He even participated in Utah’s pro day back on March 20.
Now, the Eagles’ team doctors have cleared Lotulelei upon his visit to their facility, according to NJ.com. With each positive medical report Loutlelei receives, he moves closer and closer to be a surefire top-10 pick.
In SB Nation’s latest mock draft, we slotted Lotulelei No. 3 to the Oakland Raiders. Prior to the news about his health, Loutulelei was the top-ranked prospect on our big board. The uncertainty has caused some concern, but the Utah defensive tackle was dominant during his senior season and has the makings of an impact player on the defensive line.
Lotulelei's placement in mock drafts has been all over the board since the news about his heart, but it's become a minor concern at most by this point. Given the fact that he outplayed fellow defensive tackles Sharrif Floyd and Sheldon Richardson this season, he should be the first interior defensive lineman off the board. Then again, stranger things have happened at the NFL Draft.
