NFL Draft prospects are down to the final hour. Time has pretty much run out on players hoping to make a lasting impression on teams, and more harm than good is likely to be done by prospects between now and the draft.
2013 NFL Draft stock report: D.J. Hayden moving up, Keenan Allen trending down
With time winding down before the draft, the board is starting to take form.

We’ve prepared another stock report to take a look at a few draft eligibles that are making noise in the last few days leading up to the big night at Radio City Music Hall.
Stock up
D.J Hayden, Cornerback, Houston
After suffering a life-threatening injury during a practice at Houston back in November, cornerback D.J. Hayden has a chance to be drafted in the first round of next week's draft, according to Russ Lande of National Football Post. Hayden's skill set always made him an attractive prospect, but the heart injury he suffered at Houston had some wondering if he would ever play football again. Regardless, he has made remarkable strides to get this far and should be one of the feel good stories of draft weekend.
Menelik Watson, Offensive Tackle, Florida State
Two things people love in April: positional value and athleticism. Florida State’s Menelik Watson has both. As an offensive tackle, Watson is a raw prospect, but the athleticism is unquestioned. Lance Zierlen recently tweeted Watson was a first round lock. If that’s not a stock bump, I’m not sure what is.
Stock down
Keenan Allen, Wide Receiver, California
Keenan Allen's drug test at the NFL Scouting Combine was red-flagged for suspiciously high levels of water in his system, according to Adam Schefter. Charles Rogers was flagged for the same offense. While it doesn't directly implicate him of anything, teams will certainly be doing a bit more due diligence on the California wideout. Couple this with Allen's 4.7-second time in the 40-yard dash, and he hasn't helped himself in the final weeks leading up to the draft.
