The Seattle Seahawks were without running back Marshawn Lynch at practice for the second straight day on Thursday as he is sidelines by a foot injury. The back played in the final minutes of the team's Wild Card win over the Washington Redskins, but it did appear that more carries than usual were given to backup Robert Turbin as the Seahawks tried to salt the game away.
Seahawks vs. Falcons, injury report: Marshawn Lynch sits again
Seattle was without top running back Marshawn Lynch on Thursday. The Falcons had everyone at practice.

Defensive backs Jeron Johnson and Byron Maxwell also missed practice on Thursday as both battle hamstring injuries.
Atlanta is healthy in most spots except the secondary, where a number of players are banged up. The Falcons saw safety Charles Mitchell return to practice after sitting out on Wednesday. Mitchell has been dealing with a calf issue. Cornerback Chris Owens did not practice as he recovers from a hamstring injury.
Safety William Moore and defensive end John Abraham were both limited in practice. Moore didn't play in the team's last four games as he recovered from a hamstring problem, and Abraham is fighting an ankle injury suffered in the team's regular-season finale.
