Atlanta secured home-field advantage throughout the NFC Playoffs with a 13-3 regular season record. The Falcons lost just once at home, and feature an excellent passing game with wide receivers Roddy White and Julio Jones. The team faced the same situation in 2010, holding the No. 1 seed, and lost to Green Bay.
Seattle has been dominant at the tail-end of the season during its six-game winning stream. The Seahawks have found their stride on offense with rookie Russell Wilson at quarterback to complement a defense that led the league in points allowed. Seattle may be the best equipped team in the league to handle Atlanta's wideout duo, as cornerbacks Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner are big and physical.
The matchup between the Falcon receivers and the Seahawk corners may be the most intriguing of the playoffs, and will go a long way in deciding the outcome of the game.
