Texans vs. Patriots, score update: Shane Vereen TD makes it 7-3
The Patrots are on the board after a long drive was capped by a Shane Vereen touchdown.

The drive started on the ground, with Stevan Ridley picking up 14 yards on the first play. RIdley then caught a 13-yard pass from Tom Brady and the Patriots were near midfield. Once again, Brady found a running back, but this time it was Vereen, who picked up 25 yards. Brady kept the ball moving through the air with a 14-yard pass to Aaron Hernandez that got New England down to one.
With just a yard to go, Brady rushed his offense to the line. They went no huddle and snapped the ball quickly. The Texans defense wasn’t set yet, making it easy for Vereen to take the ball off of left tackle and in for the score.
