The first game of the day starts at 3:00 ET, when the Atlanta Falcons host the San Francisco 49ers on FOX. Matt Ryan and Mike Smith finally got that first playoff win off their backs, but it wasn't easy. The Falcons had to hold off a furious rally from the Seattle Seahawks to win 30-28, and now they're looking for their first Super Bowl appearance since 1998. The 49ers steamrolled the Green Bay Packers 45-31 and are in the championship game for the second year in a row.
The AFC champion will be decided at 6:30 ET on CBS, when the New England Patriots host the Baltimore Ravens in a rematch of last year's championship game. The Ravens bought Ray Lewis another week by stunning the Broncos in double overtime, while the Patriots took care of business at home vs. the Texans.
