San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Justin Smith returned to action on Saturday during San Francisco's 45-31 win over the Green Bay Packers in the NFC's Divisional round.
Packers vs. 49ers NFL injury report: Justin Smith returns, Joe Staley suffers bruised arm
San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Justin Smith returned to action on Saturday, while offensive lineman Joe Staley suffered a bad bruise to his right arm.

Smith suffered a partially torn left triceps during San Francisco's thrilling Week 15 win over the New England Patriots, and had not played since. Though many believe Smith won't be at 100 percent health for the remainder of the season, Smith played with a brace on his left arm against Green Bay, and recorded five tackles for the 49ers.
Unless Smith re-injures his arm during practice this week, he will almost certainly play in the NFC title game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Niners left tackle Joe Staley had X-rays taken on his right arm, but the results came back negative. Staley suffered a bruised arm during San Francisco's win, and should be ready to play next Sunday.
Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson, who was listed as probable with knee and ankle injuries, played for Green Bay on Saturday, and caught five passes for 46 yards, but was a non-factor for much of the game.
