Super Bowl 2013: Jim Harbaugh says 49ers set out to win ‘3 Super Bowls’ this season

San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh addressed the media Monday afternoon, not even 24 hours after the 49ers punched their ticket to Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans.

Toward the end of his press conference, Harbaugh told reporters that the 49errs set out to win "three Super Bowls" this season, noting that San Francisco has already won two of them. With wins over the Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Falcons the last two weeks, the 49ers punched their ticket to the real Super Bowl in New Orleans, where they'll face John Harbaugh and the Baltimore Ravens.

Harbaugh told the media that he'd like to answer "as few [questions] as possible" regarding coaching against his brother in the Super Bowl in the coming weeks. Harbaugh called the "HarBowl" both a "blessing and a curse," and noted that San Francisco's approach doesn't change regardless of the opponent -- or what the relationship is between opponents.

Though he didn't speak at length about his brother or the HarBowl, Harbaugh did say that he is "very proud" of his brother, for everything that he and the Ravens have accomplished during his tenure in Baltimore, culminating with a trip to Super Bowl XLVII.

For what it's worth, Harbaugh said he thinks his parents will be in attendance at the Super Bowl.

David Akers received a vote of confidence from Harbaugh on Monday, as San Francisco's head coach reiterated that "David Akers is our kicker." Harbaugh and the Niners cut Billy Cundiff last week.

Speaking of the NFC title game, Harbaugh offered praise for Matt Ryan and the Falcons, saying that Ryan made "incredible throws," and that the title game was a "great, competitive game."

Unsurprisingly, Harbaugh revealed no details of his plan for the Super Bowl, even when specifically asked. Harbaugh refused to reveal when he'll implement his gameplan, and only said that he and his staff "have a schedule."
