Adam Jones injury: Bengals CB doubtful to return
The Cincinnati cornerback and return man came up lame with a hamstring injury in the third quarter of the Bengals’ Wild Card game against the Houston Texans.

Jones came up lame with the injury in the third quarter. The injury has forced strong safety Nate Clements over to Jones' spot at corner, and Taylor Mays has taken Clements' spot at safety. Clements, a 12-year NFL veteran, has spent most of his career at corner.
Jones is in his sixth season in the NFL, and his third with the Bengals.
He was drafted in the first round out of West Virginia, but struggled to stay on the field due to his wild off-the-field lifestyle and repeated transgressions with the law.
However, he seems to have settled down and gotten his act together in Cincinnati. He played in all 16 regular season games for the Bengals this past season, recording 40 tackles and one forced fumble.
