Joe Burrow was ruled out against the Jacksonville Jaguars after taking a sack in Week 2. Now it looks like Burrow is going to be sidelined for a prolonged period of time.

Burrow is believed to have turf toe with torn ligaments, according to Bengals reporter Jeremy Rauch. Cincinnati just barely hung on to win without their star QB, defeating the Jags, 31-27.
Update Monday: According to Adam Schefter, Burrow does need toe surgery and will be sidelined a “minimum of three months.”
Burrow was sacked on a second-down play against Jacksonville, and remained down on the turf for an extended period. The quarterback was looking at his left ankle as trainers attended to him:
Burrow was able to walk off the field with minimal assistance, but headed directly into the blue medical tent. Jake Browning came on for the next play, a run, after which the Bengals punted.
While the Bengals defense forced an interception of Trevor Lawrence on the next possession, Burrow was seen limping to the locker room as the Cincinnati offense came back onto the field with Browning at the helm.
After he got inside Paycor Stadium, CBS Sports cameras spotted the Cincinnati QB getting some assistance the rest of the way to the locker room:
Update: According to the Bengals Burrow has a left toe injury and is officially questionable to return.
Update: Following an MRI, Burrow was officially ruled out.
