Week 3 of the 2025 NFL season is upon us and the action will continue on Sunday with the Green Bay Packers visiting the Cleveland Browns at 1 p.m. ET on FOX.

The Packers have jumped out to a fast 2-0 start to the campaign and are fresh off a 27-18 victory over the Commanders last Thursday night. Wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks has been part of the Pack’s committee of pass-catchers and has made decent contributions for the offense through two weeks.

Below, we’ll go over Wicks outlook in fantasy football for Week 3.

Fantasy Football analysis: Packers WR Dontayvion Wicks

Wicks was the Packers’ second-leading pass catcher in their Week 2 victory over the Commanders, catching four of six targets for 44 yards last Thursday. This was a step up from his modest numbers in Week 1 and he certainly got more opportunities with Jayden Reed going down with both a a broken clavicle and a foot injury. With Reed on the shelf for the foreseeable future, the third-year wideout Wicks is expected to help fill the void for the offense.

Start or sit in Week 3 PPR leagues?

Sit. You’re probably looking into Wicks as a potential fantasy option because of Reed’s injury and I say keep looking. The Packers have frustrated fantasy managers with their receiver committee approach over the pass few seasons and that won’t be any different with Wicks, Romeo Doubs, and Matthew Golden splitting targets. In fact, it appears that tight end Tucker Kraft will actually end up leading the team in receiving at the rate that he’s going this season. Pass on Wicks and look elsewhere for potential Flex options.

Start or sit in Week 3 standard leagues?

Sit.
