Baker Mayfield has been nothing short of magical so far this season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The veteran quarterback already has four fourth-quarter comebacks this season, along with four game-winning drives, both of which lead NFL passers. But if there was a two-play sequence to best exemplify what he brings to the field -- and means to the Buccaneers -- it is this sequence from his game against the San Francisco 49ers.

After Eddy Piñeiro converted a 29-yard field goal to cut a Tampa Bay lead to 20-19, the San Francisco defense was on the verge of a big stop to get their offense the ball back. Tampa Bay faced a 3rd and 14 at their own 41-yard line, and shortly after the snap, it looked as if the 49ers were going to get Mayfield to the turf with a critical sack.

Mayfield, however, had other ideas:

A pair of San Francisco defenders met at the quarterback, but somehow Mayfield was able to spin out of the sack and keep the play alive. After looking for an option downfield, the Tampa Bay QB simply tucked the football and tried to pick up the first down with his legs.

Which he did, stretching the football across the line to gain to move the chains.

Here is another look at this incredible individual effort from Mayfield:

But he was not down.

Following a run from Sean Tucker that lost a yard on first down, Mayfield dropped to throw on 2nd-and-11 from the San Francisco 45-yard line.

After moving a safety with his eyes and a pump fake, Mayfield ripped an absolute rocket to Tez Johnson for a stunning 45-yard score:

Johnson celebrated his first NFL touchdown as one does, with a flip in the end zone:

Incredible work from Mayfield and Johnson on this drive.
