Jaydon Blue start or sit: Week 8 fantasy football advice
We break down the fantasy football outlook of Jaydon Blue ahead of the Cowboys’ Week 8 matchup vs. the Broncos.

The Cowboys got back into the win column last Sunday, blowing out the Commanders 44-22 in their NFC East rivalry showdown. The usual suspects on offense put up big numbers but a small notable thing was rookie running back Jaydon Blue seeing an uptick in his workload.
Below, we’ll go over Blue’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 8.
Fantasy Football analysis: Cowboys RB Jaydon Blue
Blue came away with seven carries for 29 rushing yards in last week’s win over the Commanders, also adding a five-yard reception to the stat sheet. These numbers weren’t spectacular or anything but it was his highest output since replacing Miles Sanders as Dallas’ RB2 a few weeks ago. In fact, he was on the field for 22% of the offensive snaps and that number could keep going up as we enter the midway point of the season.

Sit. I cannot recommend a Blue start, but he’s someone to keep on your radars over the next few weeks. Given Javonte Williams injury history, it would be wise to start giving the rookie more reps in the event that he’d eventually have to step in and fill the role as the starter. Keep an eye out for him.
