Week 11 of the 2025 NFL season rolls on and the action will continue this afternoon with a battle for first place in the NFC West as the Seattle Seahawks visit the Los Angeles Rams at 4:05 p.m. ET on FOX.
Zach Charbonnet start or sit: Week 11 fantasy football advice
We break down the fantasy football outlook of Zach Charbonnet ahead of the Seahawks’ Week 11 matchup vs. the Rams.

The Seahawks have won four straight heading into this high-stakes divisional showdown, last doubling up the Cardinals 44-22 last Sunday. Running back Zach Charbonnet led the ground game in that victory and we’ll see what damage he can do at SoFi Stadium today.
Below, we’ll go over Charbonnet’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 11.
Fantasy Football analysis: Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet
Charbonnet took 14 carries for 83 rushing yards and a touchdown in last Sunday’s blowout against the Cards, finishing as a top-10 fantasy running back for the week in standard leagues. It was a season-high performance for the third-year back and he’s managed to carve out a role for himself in Seattle’s explosive attack, leading the team with six rushing touchdowns.
It’s been an interesting dynamic with him and Kenneth Walker III splitting time out of the backfield as he actually enters today’s game with exactly one more snap on the year than the Seahawk starter. However, Walker has been on the field more since their bye a few weeks ago, so we’ll see how the carries get divvied up this afternoon.
Start or sit in Week 11?
Sit. As productive as Charbonnet has been this season, this isn’t a good matchup for him. For starters, the Rams defense have been excellent at shutting down the run, ranking third in rushing EPA while yielding just 872 yards on the ground for the year. Along with that, Charbonnet is facing the most defenders in the box among running backs with at least 50 carries this season and is averaging just 3.3 yards per carry. He’s going to have a tough challenge when going up against a stacked box filled with Rams defenders, so I’d leave him on the bench this week.
