Best fantasy football RB waiver wire pickups for Week 15

It’s finally that time people. The fantasy playoffs are here. Every lineup decision you’ve made has built up to these next few weeks and whether you’re fighting to hoist the trophy or trying to avoid being your league’s “Sacko”, it’s time for you to lock in. So let’s start looking for ways to fortify your rosters for the first round of the postseason.
We’ll go over some RB performers that you should consider scooping off the waiver wire ahead of Week 15 and as always, we’ll classify a waiver add as someone who is rostered in 60% of leagues at the max. Bye weeks are officially over with, so every team will be in action from here on out.
Blake Corum, RB, Los Angeles Rams (34.8%)
Corum is really starting to carve out a spot for himself in the Rams’ gameplan and he followed up last week’s strong performance with another career game in their 45-17 beatdown of the Cardinals. In fact, the second-year back actually outshined starter Kyren Williams with 12 carries for 128 yards and two scores as L.A. bumrushed Zona from start to finish.
That’s now 10+ carries in four of the last five games for Corum and the Rams would be making a mistake to not feed him more carries in the coming weeks. He’s stamped as a legitimate handcuff, so if you’re a Williams manager that hasn’t picked up him already, what are you waiting for?
Week 15 matchup: vs. Detroit Lions, 4:25 p.m. ET
Devin Neal, RB, New Orleans Saints (60.4%)
The most shocking result of the day came with the Saints taking down the Buccaneers in a 24-20 rainy slog and Neal played a huge role securing that victory on the road. 19 carries for 71 yards and a first-quarter touchdown was good enough for a new career-high for the rookie, as well as him finishing as a top-15 fantasy RB for the week.
Neal is getting these opportunities due to Alvin Kamara’s MCL sprain and it bodes well for his prospects of even more playing time in 2026. As for now, the Saints will keep feeding the first-year upstart and with a rostership of 58%, this will be your last chance to catch him on the wire for this season.
Week 15 matchup: vs. Carolina Panthers, 4:25 p.m. ET
Sean Tucker, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (17.3%)
That loss dropped the Bucs into a tie with the Panthers for first place in the NFC South and they’re now locked into a dogfight over the division title for the rest of the season. At least they have a reliable backup running back option in Tucker, who took seven carries for 29 yards and a the team’s only second-half touchdown of the afternoon.
Tucker’s playing time has predictably plummeted with Bucky Irving back in action, so it was good to see him still make a sizeable enough impact for the offense in the loss. He’ll continue to pop up here and there as the Bucs fight for the division crown down the stretch and he could be a good piece to have on deck.
Week 15 matchup: vs. Atlanta Falcons, 8:15 p.m. ET (Thursday night)
Keaton Mitchell, RB, Baltimore Ravens (5.6%)
Mitchell was explosive of Sunday and at least did his part in the Ravens’ 27-22 loss to the Steelers on Sunday afternoon. Six carries for 76 yards is what the third-year back produced for the day and he could’ve probably had more had he not exited early with a knee injury. His 12.7 yards per carry ended up being the second-highest total for all running backs across the league in Week 14.
Mitchell will be considered day-to-day in the leadup to Sunday’s big road showdown against the Bengals and he’ll sure to get his usual handful of touches behind Derrick Henry should be cleared to compete. He did punch in a touchdown against the Bengals in their Thanksgiving Night matchup a few weeks ago, so keep that in mind when you see him on the wire this week.
