Week 5 NFL Scores And Results: Lions Maul Rams, 44-6

After close losses in almost every game this season, the Lions decided to leave no doubt against the Rams.

Shaun Hill threw three touchdowns, and Sam Bradford threw two picks. Corey Williams pulled down Bradford twice, leading Detroit’s four tackles for loss.

All three of Detroit’s units got to participate in scoring, with a 105-yard kick return by Stefan Logan and 42-yard pick six by Alphonso Smith.

Detroit finally gets a win, though they could easily be 3-2 or better right now. The Rams fall back down to earth after holding the NFC West lead for seven days. Then again, they might get to keep it. Who knows.
