Texans owner Bob McNair has apparently decided to become a father figure to his players, but not in the emotional support category. No, following the suspensions of two players for violating the NFL's steroids policy, McNair ordered a sweep of the Houston locker room to check for performance-enhancing drugs.

↵↵“We’ve gone through the locker room and anything that wasn’t manufactured by the two or three that are authorized are thrown out,” Texans owner Robert McNair told USA TODAY. “They can’t have it in the locker room at all. Even though it might be something that’s pretty innocuous, you just can’t run that risk. You just don’t know what’s in some of these products.”
↵↵McNair later cryptically said the team found what USA Today called “some products that could include banned substances,” but didn’t elaborate. Sounds like somebody’s about to be grounded.
