During 4th and goal during Philly’s last drive, the play clock was incorrectly administrated and Reid was demanding an explanation for why the ball was moved backward.

A play cannot start until the refs explain why the ball was moved forward/backward if asked by a head coach. The clock started even though it was not yet answered.
Andy Reid was then forced to kick a short field goal, as a result.
