Breakdown: The Panthers should be better than they are but that's what happens when you have quarterback issues. Jimmy Clausen is still young and learning but the Bears defense is veteran and won't let him have time to learn. The Bears offense is strong -- save last week's performance against the pass rush.
Player to Watch: Jay Cutler. Will he even play? He had a concussion last week and was practicing on Wednesday. Early signs would be optimistic he plays but that's far from a guarantee.
Line: Bears are three points favorites.
Prediction: I’ll take the Bears but you always have the possibility of a Jay Cutler, four-interception meltdown game.
