The pick: Chargers
Brian Galliford: Picking the Chargers on the road is a scary proposition, but at some point, the Chargers will start taking care of business, as usual.
Jason Kirk: The Raiders held the Andre Johnson-less Texans below 200 yards passing, but Philip Rivers never had Andre Johnson anyway.
Dave Halprin: Oakland is an improving team, but the Chargers found their footing last week and will continue on their roll over a team they’ve beaten 13 straight times.
