NFL Victory Of The Week: Mike Vick And The Eagles Clobber The Redskins
Prilosec presents the NFL Victory of the Week. In Week 11, Michael Vick put on a historic performance as the Eagles pounded the Redskins, 59-28.

Each week on SBNation.com we’ll have the NFL Victory of the Week, presented by Prilosec. The winning team is decided by conducting a poll on Tuesdays across all of the SB Nation NFL blogs throughout the 2010 season, with you -- the readers -- voting for the biggest win of each week.
This week's winner is the Philadelphia Eagles.
What everybody witnessed on Monday night was simply amazing. Michael Vick put on a performance for the ages when the Philadelphia Eagles pounded the Washington Redskins 59-28. The Eagles scored on the first play of the game with a picture-perfect bomb from Vick to DeSean Jackson and never looked back. Vick's numbers on the day: 20 for 28, 333 yards passing, four passing TDs, eight rushes for 80 yards and two TDs. Phenomenal.
Here’s what SB Nation’s Eagles blog, Bleeding Green Nation, had to say:
It was an historic night in the nation’s capital. The Eagles defeated the Redskins 59-28 in a game where records were falling left and right. The Eagles set franchise records for points in a quarter and a half. When they concluded the first quarter up 28-0, it was the largest lead a road team had ever had after the first quarter in NFL history. In addition, the Eagles set a franchise record for yardage in a game with 593. It was the second most points the Eagles franchise has scored in a single game. The most was 64 points in 1934 against the Cincinnati Reds (yes a football team). The Reds folded as a team the next day. We'll see what happens with the Redskins...
