Mike Williams Not At Buccaneers Practice After DUI Arrest

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Williams was arrested for DUI on Friday and there's conflicting information on whether he'll be available to play on Sunday. One Bucs official told ESPN's Adam Schefter that he would be available to play. Another later told Schefter that Williams would not be available to play.

Williams is not at practice on Friday morning, according to Pewter Report. That likely doesn’t bode well for his chances of playing on Sunday.

Perhaps the confusion comes from the case itself which is somewhat...confusing.

Two tests found his blood-alcohol level at .065 and .061, records show, below the limit of .08 at which the state presumes impairment. But Williams failed a field sobriety test, smelled of alcohol and appeared to have glassy eyes, McKinnon said.

He passed the breathalyzer but also submitted a urine test which will provide more details. His status for Sunday is still up in the air.
