Jamaal Charles, Chiefs Agree To Five-Year Contract Extension

After being drafted in the third round of the 2008 draft, Charles immediately began paying dividends for the Chiefs. He doesn’t turn 24 until December 27th, so this deal will keep Charles in Kansas City until he’s 29. This is a fantastic move for the team, and our Chiefs blog, Arrowhead Pride, agrees.
