After Brett Favre suffered a concussion, Joe Webb entered Monday Night Football in a horrible situation: His team already down and in the most miserable playing conditions possible. Subsequently, he struggled. And of course he did: He's a rookie who was drafted as a wide receiver and had previously attempted six passes in the NFL. Despite that, there were flashes of the athleticism that should give Vikings fans hope. He was too quick to tuck-and-run with the ball, but when he did, he showed an ability to make plays.
