With Green Bay Packers CB Charles Woodson slipping to the ground, New York Giants WR Hakeem Nicks wound up with a clear lane to the end zone after QB Eli Manning found him wide open. The 36-yard score makes the second quarter score 14-7, Packers.

Manning has now thrown for 83 yards on ten attempts, with 66 of those yards going to Nicks. Green Bay has rushed the ball better and showed more interest in doing so — the Giants running game has a surprising 17 yards after only seven carries.
The Packers responded by driving into the red zone. WR Donald Driver broke free in the end zone a couple plays after making an excellent one-handed, diving catch, but pressure by DE Osi Umenyiora prevented QB Aaron Rodgers from spotting him. On the next play WR Jordy Nelson fumbled while diving for a first down, and New York recovered.
