Saints Vs. Falcons: Brees Makes Up For Pick-Six With Touchdown To Retake Lead

When the Saints needed it most, Drew Brees drove the team all the way down the field from their own ten-yard-line for a touchdown and the lead.

The Saints ran a thirteen-play drive that lasted seven minutes in the fourth quarter. Brees was 7-of-8 for 72 yards and a score on the drive alone, which ended with a TD pass to Jimmy Graham.

Brees has been putting it in the air at-will all night long. He’s 33-of-47 for 288 yards, a TD and two INTs on the night. Not his best but if the Saints hold on, it’s good enough.

The Falcons now have just over three minutes to either win the game or at least get close enough to tie it up and send it to overtime.
