NFL Power Rankings Week 17: Giants, Chargers Fall; Packers, Colts Rise

SB Nation’s NFL power rankings for Week 17 continue. Here are No. 21-32 and below are No. 11-20.

11. Indianapolis Colts (9-6): The Colts put the Raiders away and it appears they're on the verge of winning the division once again. LW: 12

12. New York Giants (9-6): The Giants were beat up against the Packers when the playoffs were on the line. Now New York needs help to get in. LW:10

13. Jacksonville Jaguars (8-7): The Jags had a chance to control their own destiny but lost it two weeks ago. It doesn't look like the Colts are giving it back. LW: 14

14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-6): Playoffs or not, this has been one heck of a season for the Bucs. Josh Freeman has turned into one of the better young quarterbacks in the game. LW: 15

15. San Diego Chargers (8-7): What a disappointing loss and season for the Chargers. Most folks figured they would win their final two putting pressure on the Chiefs to win out as well. The Chiefs won but the Chargers didn't so San Diego is staying at home this year. LW: 9

16. Miami Dolphins (7-8): The Dolphins lost again on Sunday leading to more speculation about the job security of Tony Sparano. LW: 16

17. Tennessee Titans (6-9): The Titans were dominated by the Chiefs much of the game and they fall to 6-9 LW: 17

18. Oakland Raiders (7-8): The Raiders hung with the Colts but couldn't get it done. They can go 6-0 in the division -- and not make the playoffs -- by beating the Chiefs Sunday. LW: 19

19. St. Louis Rams (7-8): Well it all comes down to Week 17. If the Rams beat the Seahawks, they're in. If they don't, they're not. LW: 22

20. Detroit Lions (5-10): Whoa now, the Lions have won three games in a row. This team is very close to turning the corner. A healthy Matthew Stafford next year and who knows. LW: 25
