Each week on SBNation.com we’ll have the NFL Victory of the Week, presented by Prilosec. The winning team is decided by conducting a poll on Tuesdays across all of the SB Nation NFL blogs throughout the 2010 season, with you -- the readers -- voting for the biggest win of each week.

This week's winner is the Minnesota Vikings.

It was supposed to be played on Sunday night, but the weather was foul and the NFL made a rare move and postponed the game until Tuesday night. This gave the Minnesota Vikings a couple of extra days to get Brett Favre ready, but Joe Webb ended up taking the snaps. The rookie signal-caller, along with a brutal defensive effort from the Vikings on Michael Vick, was enough to slow down the Philadelphia Eagles juggernaut and scratch out a 24-14 victory. Cornerback Antoine Winfield was named the NFC Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts in the game, which included a couple of sacks, a fumble caused, and a fumbled returned for a touchdown..

Here’s what SB Nation’s Vikings blog, Daily Norseman, had to say:

It's hard to say what sparked it, maybe having the game delayed for two days or maybe the accumulated frustrations with a season that failed to live up to expectations or maybe the relaxing hotel spa treatments, but on the first Tuesday Night football game in 64 years the Vikings countered Philadelphia with a little blitzkrieg of their own. Yes, the down and out Vikings routed the NFC East champion Philadelphia Eagles 24 to 14 and gave the NFL a much better game than anyone expected. It adds a layer of sweet on this victory knowing it's the first time the Vikings have won in Philadelphia since 1985.

Over 8,600 SB Nation readers voted this week, and the final result was pretty close. The Vikings/Eagles game was the winner with 36% of the vote (3,103 votes). Thanks to all SB Nation readers who participated.
