49ers Vs. Packers: Jennings Catches Another Touchdown Pass, Packers Open Up Large Lead

The Packers just proved why they truly are a third quarter team. There’s a reason they are out-scoring their opponents 70-23 in third quarter, and they showed that.

Packers came out of the half and took no time adding to their lead. They attacked the Niners secondary with vertical passes, and it worked.

Donald Driver showed that he still can make guys miss, and Rodgers found him down the field on a go-route. Driver put on a couple of moves on San Francisco's defensive backs, and the result was a 61-yard touchdown reception to put the Packers up by two scores.

The Niners have not accomplished much on offense this half. They have had some interesting playcalling for sure. The gameplan they are trying to employ may work in the NFC West, but not in Lambeau, it's too conservative.

You cannot come into Lambeau Field to match up against this prolific Green Bay Packers team and call a conservative game. Teams do not win that way, the way to beat them is to be aggressive and punch them in the mouth.
