The Giants fought back from two mistakes by Eli Manning to tie the game at 10. After Manning threw two interceptions that led to a Titans field goal, the Titans drove down the field and the drive was capped off by a Chris Johnson touchdown run that made the game 10-0.

To return fire the Giants used good field position to turn an 8 play, 38 yard drive into a field goal. They would then force the Titans to punt after a 3 play, 2 yard drive. In 2:12, the Giants took the ball 63 yards down the field on the Titans defense, scoring a touchdown on the ninth play of the drive, a 10 yard run by Ahmad Bradshaw.
