NFL Playoffs: Ravens Fans Will Enjoy Complete Game Over Chiefs

The first half Baltimore Ravens weren’t quite the same as the second half Baltimore Ravens this weekend as they defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 30-7 en route to a divisional round matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Ravens were down 7-3 late in the first half before a Ray Rice touchdown gave them a lead they wouldn’t relinquish.

Ravens fans should be celebrating this win because they walked into Arrowhead Stadium, where the Chiefs had won 7 of 8 games, and dominated the Chiefs. SB Nation’s Baltimore Beatdown recognizes the importance of this win and says fans can enjoy it -- but only for a little bit. That’s because Pittsburgh is the next stop.

If you thought the victory over the New Orleans Saints was a complete game, it couldn’t hold a candle to this one. Another road playoff victory for head coach John Harbaugh, QB Joe Flacco and the road warriors. Next week it is onto Pittsburgh to face the Steelers on Saturday at 4:30pm. For now, enjoy!

The Ravens get the short week to prepare for the Steelers in what will be hyped as one of the best games of the year. Ravens players should enjoy the Chiefs game while they can because going to Pittsburgh will not be the same type of game.

Check out Baltimore Beatdown for more on the game.
